The local supplier will endeavour to accommodate on another date so clients should liaise direct. If this is not possible, upon the consent from the local supplier, a refund will be issued.

We suggest contacting the local supplier as soon as possible to re-arrange and check availability. This will be classed as a no-show and will be subject to 100% cancellation fee if the reservation cannot be accommodated.

e-tickets are a quick and easy means of instantly accessing park tickets at a time to suit. Simply choose the attraction or excursion, pay instantly online and print the ticket. Follow instructions on the ticket for redemption and enjoy!

All our show allocations are based on seating area, so clients book a block area as opposed to a specific seat. They are usually Orchestra or Mezzanine blocks with un-obstructed views of the stage.

Details of pick up locations will be detailed on your ticket. Should this information not be made available to ourselves, clients are required to call once in resort to confirm the time, date and location.
